Summer Camps
WELCOME BACK TO CRITCHLOW'S
2024 Ultimate Summer Camps!
A summer of fun and adventure awaits your little campers at Critchlow Adkins Children’s Centers! Our theme-based camps and hands-on activities provide endless fun throughout the summer as campers enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) activities, sports, cooking, and so much more!
Summer camp is beneficial for children for a number of reasons. Camp provides a wonderful opportunity to socialize and meet other children. It gets kids away from their screens and engages them in physical activity. Regular exercise helps prevent a host of health conditions that can result from a sedentary lifestyle. During camp, children explore many different interests and face different challenges. This helps them build confidence and develop skills that will follow them through school and life. Not to mention the lifelong memories of fun and friendship they will make!
THE BENEFITS OF SUMMER CAMP
“Allowing your kids to explore the outdoors and interact with new children is an excellent way to broaden their perspective and experience a whole new world for their summer break.”

PREVENTING SUMMER SLIDE
Summer Slide refers to the noticeable decline in reading and math skills that students can experience during school breaks. Critchlow’s educational summer programs help combat this by offering fun, engaging, creative, and challenging activities that keep students learning, ensuring children are ready to hit the ground running when school starts again!
