This wonderful annual event, hosted by Rennie Gay and his family, is a beautiful way for our community to celebrate Conor’s memory. Join us for the tournament and/or the community crab feast, which includes crabs, hot dogs, hamburgers, beer, soda, water, dessert, and music by Lee Coulby.
Proceeds provide swimming lessons and enrichment programming for children attending Critchlow Adkins Children’s Centers. We are deeply honored to be the beneficiaries of this wonderful community tradition.

Conor’s Project History
After his grandson Conor passed away in 2017 in a tragic swimming pool accident, local businessman Rennie Gay founded the Conor’s Project event to honor his life. The proceeds from Conor’s Project benefit Critchlow Adkins Children Centers, and help to fund swim lessons and educational enrichment programming for the children in CACC’s programs.
Conor’s Project sporting clay tournament and crab feast has become an annual Eastern Shore tradition. We are so very grateful to Conor's family for honoring Conor by bettering the lives of other local children.
