If you and your child need to cool off from the summer heat, or if you’re looking for a fun activity for a rainy day, we’ve got just the project for you: Ice painting!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Baking Tray
- Water
- Water-Based Paints
- Felt Tip Pens
- Paint Brush
- Kitchen Roll or Paper Towels
- Paper
First, you need ice! Fill your tray with water and stick it in the freezer. Once you have your ice, use your water-based paints to paint a pict
ure. Then, place your paper over your picture on the ice and press down gently, rubbing all over. Your ice painting will rub off on your paper. Now, leave the paper to dry, wipe excess paint off your ice, and your canvas is free to paint your next picture! Once your paper is dry, your kid can even add decorations.
